Returns policy

Our return policy lasts for 14 days.

If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same state as it was received.It must also be in the original package.

In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase, and we need to state the reason for return, order number, name and contact information on the list.

Special note, the following circumstances will not be returned
1. The product pictures and information on the web page are for reference only. The color difference between the product and the publicity pictures on the web page may be caused by the shooting of lights and the color difference of different monitors, which is not a quality problem and cannot be returned;
2. Allergy to cosmetics and health care products is not a quality problem, and it is not refunded;
3. Food, beverage and health food products belong to special commodities. Once sold, they are not refunded except for quality reasons;
4. If the customer misreports the reason of return due to the difference between the customer’s personal ability or the use environment and the commodity attributes, the product shall not be returned;
5. Goods damaged due to personal reasons shall not be returned;

All items are photographed separately during packaging and transportation to ensure that our products are in good condition. 

Upon receipt and review of your return, we will send you an email informing you that we have received your returned item.We will also notify you to approve or reject the refund.If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit limit will automatically be appli ed to your original payment method within a certain number of days

Refunds usually take some processing time. If you have completed all steps but have not received your refund, please contact us at  advenmtou18@gmail.com.

 Who pays for the shipping costs when making the return?

a. If you received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact customer service immediately so we can resolve the issue. We want every purchase to be exactly as anticipated and promised. For the return under this condition we will pay the return shipping fee.

If you are returning multiple items, please return them together to enjoy Free Return on all items. If you return the goods one by one, you may need to pay an additional shipping fee.

b. If the product is in good condition, but you don’t like it and want to return it back, the postage needs to be borne by you.
