Delivery charge: free delivery for all regional delivery orders.

Delivery service provider: UPS National Express.

Shipping arrangements: All deliveries will be arranged within 2 calendar days after payment confirmation.

Delivery time: We estimate that under normal circumstances, the express service will take about 7-14 working days.

Duties and taxes: on the import side, we will do our best to protect our international customers from additional charges, such as declaring lower values for our products.Please note, however, that all import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the price of the product or freight, as these charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Email tracking

The online tracking number will be uploaded to the order history page of your account on the website to track the shipping status of the package after publication.If paid by PayPal, it will also be recorded on the PayPal bill and sent to your PayPal account via email or the email you entered when you created your online account.Please make sure your email address is valid or you may not receive the trace information.

After shipment

It is necessary for the recipient to appear at the shipping address to receive the goods during shipment.

If the recipient fails to recall the package within the allowed period, then it may be returned to us and we must charge the same shipping fee again before we resend the package.

A resend package requires the same shipping cost.
